After I had so much fun making candy filled eggs, I just had to try something a little smaller before I ended up in a sugar coma until Memorial Day. These little gems have all the fan-fair of their larger cousins but are small enough to eat in two bites. However, if you are feeling like riding that sugar dragon all summer long see The new way to color Easter Eggs. I choose to fill these with peanut butter filing but they are so versatile. I was thinking coco, or even marshmallows. The possibilities for fillings are endless and coming up with new ideas is just as much fun as eating these little treats. If you decide to give these Easter eggs a try be sure to share your filling designs and filling ideas with me on Twitter or Facebook.
